We are proud to be awarded the ISO – International Organization for Standardization 18295-1:2017 certification for our offshore Customer Contact Center (CCC) in Pakistan. This certification specifies the framework for our support center that provides technical support and services to our valued customers in fulfilling their requirements.

ISO 18295-1:2017 is applicable to both in-house (captive) and outsourced (third party operator) CCCs of all sizes, across all sectors and all interaction channels, including inbound and outbound. It specifies performance metrics (KPIs) as and where required.
