Knowledge Management and Enterprise SearchSheridan Custom Publishing is the custom print and digital system that iENGINEERING designed for the Sheridan Group. The purpose of this system was to automate the billing and shipping processes for the publishing of articles, article groups, anthologies, and issues for customers. The system implements and manages the order workflow, calculates the cost of printing for different orders, and generates invoices for the respective customers. The system also provides capability to estimate taxes, delivery costs, and order processing fees for each order and automatically generates bills and invoices. The system utilizes Crystal Reports reporting engine for all system reporting needs. iENGINEERING designed, developed, and implemented this system for the Sheridan Group.
